Moulding technology and model construction – cast preparation

We focus on rotationally symmetrical cast elements (V-belt pulleys, flat belt pulleys, fly wheels etc.). The special moulding technology offers significant economic benefits : an optimally designed modular system allows moulding of nearly all rotationally symmetrical forms without constructing models! By using round boxes the use of moulding sand is optimized which is very economical! For perfect results every form assembly is done by employees with experienced in hand moulding technology.

The usage of pouring filters out of ceramic materials as well as the placement of special risers and sprues ensures maintained high cast quality. The significant additional cost is justified with a clear reduction of inclusions and hazardous elements in the cast. Our satisfied customers can confirm these procedures .

As an addition to the moulding technology we are able to use classical hand moulding models or complementary auxiliary models, to produce special geometries or cast element forms. We either use our own model construction or from long-standing external partners.
