Three anniversaries – 90 years of experience at Lütgert

Exactly 25 years ago today, Alexander Litau began his training as a cutting machine operator at Lütgert. A lot has happened since then: Alexander has continuously developed his skills, commitment and sense of responsibility. Ten years ago, he was appointed foreman of mechanical production – and for the past four years, he has been managing this area with great expertise and organisational skills. His career is a fine example of how individual development opportunities are actively promoted at Lütgert.

Ralf Blomberg has also been a valued member of our team for a quarter of a century. He began his career with us 25 years ago as a trained motor vehicle mechanic and worked for many years in mechanical production in the areas of grooving and balancing. For 13 years now, he has been ensuring that our machines and systems run reliably as a maintenance mechanic – with expertise, dedication and an eye for solutions.

Even more impressive is the number for Dirk Eichener: he is celebrating his 40th anniversary with the company. He began his professional career with us as an apprentice moulder, now a foundry mechanic. Since then, Dirk has been an integral part of our foundry team. His experience, calm manner and reliability make him a valued colleague and indispensable employee. Dirk stands for consistency, expertise and quality – values that are highly regarded at Lütgert.

Such anniversaries are not only a cause for celebration for us, but also a sign that our employees feel a long-term connection to the company. They confirm our commitment to creating a working environment in which people enjoy working and can develop their skills.
