Cast iron pulleys with targeted unbalance

The two drive elements must generate a specific unbalance during operation. The unbalance mass is introduced into the mold via a Styrofoam element before casting. The exact specifications for the position and intensity of the unbalance are defined in advance with the customer.

This form of production is used particularly in applications where dynamic loads and defined moment of inertia are important.

We were able to produce the two cast iron flywheels required at short notice without any existing pattern equipment - and therefore without any pattern costs!
