Lattice pulleys , also called rod drums, as well as belt pulleys, are mainly used in bucket elevators (grid pulley as base pulley / belt pulley - also rubberized - as head pulley).

We manufacture these components in different diameters (355 to 1,000 mm) and rim widths (140 to 500 mm). By combining several lattice pulleys or beltpulleys on one shaft, which together have a crowned or crowned design, rim widths of more than 2,000 mm can also be realized.

The design of the running surface of the lattice pulleys in the form of a bar prevents bulk or transport goods from getting between the pulley and the belt, where they are crushed / ground up and cause the belt to slip. Damage or wear on the drive belt is reduced.

Mesh panels are manufactured by us as a version with only one stable base. Deflector cones are therefore not required.
