TaperLock bushes

TaperLock bushes have taken root as simple shaft-hub connection for standard and series drives. Lütgert provides the full range of drive elements both standard and custom-made.

The elements are available ex stock in standard sizes 1008 to 5050, and in special sizes 6050 to 10085 in all bore diameters. Versions with inch holes or in alternative materials are also available at short notice.

Clamping sets for installation and dismantling on a regular basis

The TaperLock system has succeeded with standard drives that have required flexible shaft diameters and adjustment. There are limitations in torque transmission and system stability when installation and dismantling is carried out frequently. Should this be the case, we recommend clamping sets (frictional connections). The best solution is a pulley version with cylindrical drill and enhanced shaft.

The standard material is cast iron EN-GJL-200 (GG-20) according to DIN EN 1561. Alternative materials are possible upon request (EN-GJS, steel, aluminum, plastic etc.)
