Customised manufacture of pulleys and flywheels

Individual design - Casting without model costs - Ready-to-install production

With our own foundry, we specialise in the production of drive components made of grey cast iron and can draw on many decades of manufacturing experience since we were founded in 1913. Since then, we have been offering high-quality drive technologies that are made in Germany in our own machining and assembly workshops.

From the initial design and optimisation of the drives to the precise and complete production according to the customers specifications. From our company headquarters in Gütersloh (North Rhine-Westphalia) we offer the complete value chain at the highest level. We also supply customer specified castings according to individual specifications both in Germany and internationally.

We supply the classic hand moulding for single parts and small series where we can produce unit weights of up to 6,000 kg. We can also supply rotationally symmetrical parts that are usually manufactured without pattern costs.

Our product range includes all belt drive products - from V-belt pulleys, flat belt pulleys, flywheels, elevator pulleys, TaperLock clamping bushes, motor clamping systems, foundation blocks and fixings for the drive belt assembly rails.

12.09.2024 Congratulations on a long company anniversary

There have been two big anniversaries to celebrate in the last few days. Marika Gerdtoberens can now look back on a proud 40 years in the Lütgert team and Caroline Bauer has been with the company for 25 years. The two Lütgert originals were thanked for their many years of service at a small ceremony.
05.07.2024 Congratulations on a successful training

After a total of three years of dual training, Cheyenne successfully passed her final examination on 11 June and thus reached the first milestone in her professional career. We would like to congratulate the newly qualified industrial clerk and wish her all the best for the future!
07.06.2024 Investment in renewable energies

Finally, the green indicator light on the front of the meter cupboard lights up. With a total of 120 solar modules, a roof output of 50 KWp is now achieved. With the new photovoltaic system on the roof of our warehouse, we are making a visible contribution to climate protection and at the same time sustainably reducing our energy costs.
29.05.2024 Culinary company excursion to Koch- & Grillacademy in Gütersloh

It was obvious that a culinary company excursion to a fireplace would be a perfect match for us as the "hottest company in town". In the best outdoor kitchen weather, Lütgert invited all administrative employees and the heads of technical production to Michelin-starred chef Patrick Speck's cookery and barbecue academy.
